Risk Disclosure

You can lose everything

Memecoins are extremely volatile. The price of any coin can go to zero and stay there.

Smart contract risk

The Scion contracts are not audited and cannot be upgraded: a bug cannot be fixed, only replaced by a new factory. They depend on WHYPE, which is an upgradeable proxy controlled by Kinetiq, and on the Elysium network itself.

Network risk

Elysium runs a single sequencer. If it stops, trading, voting and claims stop with it; if HyperEVM stops, Elysium stops too. Timers keep running by the block clock, so a long outage can change the outcome of a round. Elysium mainnet has no public explorer yet.

Bridging takes days

Withdrawing HYPE from Elysium back to HyperEVM through the official bridge takes about six days (a challenge period). Third-party fast bridges are a separate trust decision.

Liquidity and fees

Every heir’s pool charges a 50% fee at launch that decays to 1.25% over ten minutes, then 1.25% on every swap. Large trades move the price. Aggregators may not route to these pools, so trading depends on this site’s router or direct calls to the pool.

The genesis coin depends on PerpMe

$SCION trades on PerpMe (Uniswap V4) and its creator fees fill the $SCION treasury. PerpMe’s admin can redirect those creator fees with a single key, and PerpMe’s contracts are not audited. Heirs do not depend on PerpMe.

Inheritance is not guaranteed

Shares follow your time-weighted average balance and are published as a holder list that the guardian can veto within 24 hours. Lists can be delayed, vetoed or never published. Smart-contract wallets (Safe and similar) are excluded; EIP-7702 wallets are included. Claims expire after 30 days and unclaimed tokens are burned.

Votes lock tokens

Tokens locked in a council cannot be sold until the round ends. Proposal fees are burned and never come back.
