THE COIN FACTORY OF ELYSIUM · HYPERLIQUID L2
Trade a coin and its fees fill a keyless treasury. When it’s full, holders vote on what comes next — and the treasury launches the heir, passing 15% of it down to them.
THE CYCLE
Each swap pays 1.25%. One percent lands in the coin’s own treasury — a contract with no keys that pays out only by the rules. The rest stays in the pool as liquidity nobody can withdraw.
Launch fee starts at 50% and decays to 1.25% in 10 minutes
When the treasury nears its threshold, holders get 48 hours to decide what the heir should be — its idea, its name, its face.
Proposing burns 1,000,000 tokens, and each next idea costs 1.15× more. Voting only locks your tokens — every one comes back after the round. “Pure meme” is always on the ballot, free.
Once the treasury is full, any wallet can launch the heir and earn 0.1 HYPE. One billion tokens, fixed forever: 85% paired with the treasury’s HYPE in a locked pool, 15% passed down to holders.
A fifth of every heir’s fees flows back to its parent’s treasury. Each new generation refills the one before it.
THE FAMILY TREE
THE COUNCIL
Lock tokens to vote, get every one back when the round ends. If the lead changes in the last hour, the vote extends by an hour — up to six times — so nobody can snipe the result.
Locked votes still count toward your inheritance.
INHERITANCE
Your share of the 15% follows your average balance across the whole round, sampled every 30 minutes. Buying an hour before launch earns an hour’s worth.
FAIR LAUNCH
Every new heir opens with a 50% fee that decays to 1.25% over ten minutes. Bots that rush in fund the treasury instead of draining the launch.
NO THRONE TO SEIZE
The pool has no withdraw function. Not for us, not for anyone.
No upgrades, no owner, fixed supply. Rules are set at deploy and stay that way.
The oracle writes names and holder lists. The guardian can only veto. Neither can move HYPE.
